First, please make a version of this watch without the crazy moving date. it is just a distraction.
Then, make it a true GMT watch where the GMT hand stays at GMT, and the hour hand can be adjusted for local time. I have done this on several of my own designs. It is not hard: the trick is keeping the date synchronized with the hour hand. Especially when moving the hour hand backwards on the 1st of the month.
Other than that, great job on this face.
